About Me

Rose & Foxgloves

was started from my little Garden Studio in the Beautiful  Derbyshire  Peak District, inspired by a love of my Quintessential English Country Garden.

Having bought up my two children as a stay at home mum, my passion for homemaking was founded on being creative to make the most of what we had. Creating something from nothing always gave me such a thrill and I guess lead me on this journey.

One day I decided the curtains we had hanging in our lounge were well past their best and I needed to make some new ones. All the beautiful Linen Floral fabrics I loved came at such a high price that I wondered if I could create a design to produce myself and have it printed onto fabric. I painted several designs that I shared on my social media and got such lovely comments.

I decided to design from scratch, with no surface pattern experience, and produce my very own fabrics and so Rose & Foxgloves was born.

My designs are Inspired by Vintage Faded Floral Antique Linens, English and French Linen Fabrics are my absolute favorite and create a beautiful timeless feel to a country home.  All my fabrics are perfect for curtains, roman blinds, and cushions and can also be used for light upholstery too.

My Vision

To create inspirational Faded Floral Fabrics that take you back to a place that makes you smile and you never tire of. I don’t wish to mass-produce on a large scale. All my Fabric designs have got to make my heart leap with joy and excitement, as I want to keep true to my ethos of beautiful creations. This may mean a slower pace, as creating a beautiful design is key to my happiness. Rose & Foxgloves isn’t just a business but a dream of sharing my creations with you and hoping you love them as I do.
