Vintage Framed and Signed Oil Painting of a Cottage by the River 60cm x 44cm

A beautifully framed vintage impasto oil painting of a cottage alongside a river.

Gorgeous colours, not too bright but with a little pop of colour.

The frame has a slight alignment issue on the mitred corners. I think someone has tried to fix it, but not quite got it right. However, to be honest, it’s hardly noticeable and actually adds to the vintage charm of this piece. It’s signed Douglas something, but i cant make it out.

Size 60x44cm.
